Assistant General Manager - Hyatt Place - NY - Garden City

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of two years of progressive sales success as a proven top-line producer
* Hotel sales experience, especially in a select service environment, is strongly preferred
* A degree in Hotel / Hospitality management or equivalent experience is also preferred.

Dual Director of Sales - Homewood Suites/Springhill Suites - West Palm Beach, FL

Qualifications: A minimum of two years of progressive sales success as a proven top-line producer is required in order to be considered for this career opportunity. Hotel sales experience, especially in a select service environment is very strongly preferred. A strong corporate selling background is a MUST. Proven leadership of one or more subordinates is required. A degree in Hotel / Hospitality management is a plus.

General Manager - Hyatt Place - Dulles Station/Herndon, VA

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have:

* 3-5 years of progressive, demonstrated success as the General Manager or Assistant   General Manager of one or more Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt select service brand properties.
* Demonstrated experience in the pre-opening activities on-site at a hotel
* Ability to lead a high performance team in an autonomous environment
* College Degree Preferred with degree in hospitality a plus

The General Manager will:

* Serve as Coach and Leader of the hotel.
* Accomplish hotel human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and maintaining values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
* Develop hotel financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
* Promote the hotel by developing and implementing advertising, sales, and publicity programs; deciding the type of patronage to be solicited; speaking to community and business groups; sponsoring special events at the hotel.
* Maintain the hotel's stature by inspecting guests' rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order; verifying the quality of food and beverage services; overseeing special events.
* Maintain customer confidence by personally responding to and resolving complaints.

Sales Coordinator - Hampton Inn & Suites - Fort Belvior/Alexandria, VA

Qualifications:

Minimum of two year of professional sales experience
Identify and develop the hotel's client list
Be the "Director of First Impression" for all in-house meetings and groups.
Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field High school diploma or equivalent required
Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction
Must be able to multi-task
Meet/Exceed weekly sales goals
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc. SalesPro experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older
Must successfully pass a Criminal Background check

This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

This is a full-time position which is benefit eligible. The need to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends in order to meet the needs of our present and future guests is required.
