Rosalba Cacciato has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience spanning two continents and comprising roles of increasing responsibility. Her career began in Italy as a guest services attendant and grew to include positions such as front desk supervisor, front office manager, revenue/reservations manager and, since January 2015, Director of Revenue Management at OTO, where she currently oversees the new 300-room Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central in New York City. Rosalba is a graduate of Liceo Linguistico Sant’Orsola in Ragusa and attended Università di Catania in Italy; she earned a Master Certificate in Revenue Management and in Hospitality Management from Cornell. A long-time committee member for March of Dimes/March for Babies in Bergen County, Rosalba also transcribed books for the visually impaired.
