OTO Development’s AC Hotel Bethesda project earned an Excellence in Construction Award from the ABC Chesapeake Shores Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.

This award recognizes the outstanding work of Coakley & Williams Construction, general contractor, along with Cooper Carry, architect/interior designer, and Balfour Beatty US, base building contractor. These project partners – plus art curators Kalisher and MaterialDriven – truly brought our vision in Bethesda to life.
