Marriott Recognizes OTO for Excellence in Development

OTO has earned accolades from a major brand partner for excellence in development.

Marriott recently presented OTO Development with a 2026 CONNECT Award for exceptional collaboration and inducted the company into the Partnership Circle Hall of Fame. 

OTO was tapped as Best Collaborator in recognition of exemplary teamwork, communication, and process execution throughout the development of two Florida properties: AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue and AC Hotel Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center. This award affirms the company’s commitment to assembling strong teams and establishing effective feedback loops for every project.

The Partnership Circle — Marriott’s highest recognition for franchisees — awards extraordinary performance, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence. Hoteliers like OTO that win this award multiple times become members of the Partnership Circle Hall of Fame.
