Renovated Fairfield Inn & Suites Marathon Florida Keys Makes Its Debut

SPARTANBURG, SC – October 2020 – An ambitious renovation project by OTO Development brings a new Fairfield Inn & Suites to Marathon in the Florida Keys. A total upfit of an existing lodging property, this brand-new hotel offers resort like amenities for an unforgettable vacation experience.

OTO Development, a Johnson Management company, acquired the former Holiday Inn Express Marathon in December 2018.

Located at 13201 Overseas Highway, about an hour from Key West and spanning Vaca, Fat Deer and Grassy Keys, guests can enjoy a tropical Middle Keys vacation.  Jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards and more are available for rent from Deep Blue Dive and Marina onsite, offering underwater adventures.  A boat ramp at the hotel makes enjoying the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean easy.  Overlooking the marina, Sparky’s Landing Tiki Bar & Restaurant is a local favorite specializing in hand-crafted cocktails, tasty fresh seafood and live entertainment.
