SPARTANBURG, SC – OTO Development, South Carolina-based hotel development and management company, announced today the grand opening of two new properties. SpringHill Suites Mission Valley and Hampton Inn & Suites Napa both celebrated openings this week, and are the first in a cluster of California-based projects OTO will roll out this year.
Hampton Inn & Suites Napa neighbors three major airports and aims to serve the Napa Valley leisure contingent. Renowned wineries, golf courses, and sought-after festivals are among Napa’s biggest tourism draws. The 115-room hotel is just one mile south of Historic Downtown Napa, a charming destination for fine dining, entertainment, and local art. The hotel is situated directly on the Napa Valley Vine Trail, a 47-mile connector for pedestrians and bike traffic that unites the entirety of Napa Valley (from Vallejo to Calistoga). Hampton Inn & Suites Napa will further serve area visitors with tasting and discovery packages, which will tie in local breweries, vineyards, and businesses. Property amenities include an outdoor pool and firepits, fitness center, complimentary hot breakfast daily, free Wi-Fi, and 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
SpringHill Suites San Diego Mission Valley boasts 135 guest suites and cutting edge amenities. Mobile keys, complimentary WiFi, in-room streaming entertainment (Netflix and Hulu), and an electric car charging station all accent the all-suite property. With convenience to downtown San Diego, San Diego International Airport, San Diego Zoo and Sea World, the property appeals to both business and leisure travelers alike, and easily accommodates groups needing spatial flexibility. Each suite features separate living and sleeping areas, sizeable beds, a queen-sized sofa bed and extended lounge chair for additional guests. Property amenities include a 24-hour gym, a 24-hour convenience market, heated outdoor swimming pool, and daily complimentary hot breakfast.
OTO’s current development pipeline includes many key California markets, including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco Bay Area.
